Breathworks Blackburn A course introducing mindfulness-based strategies and skills for living well with stress.

No courses are running at the moment but we intend to run one in the Autumn term

A secular approach to mindfulness-based practices for people living with stress, pain or illness. This will be taken by Lorna Megan, an experienced Breathworks teacher. It will be on a donation basis with one to one discussion, ongoing support during the course, a full practice day a course handbook and 3 cds to use for guided home practice. Lorna has worked for many years as a teacher for children experiencing emotional and behavioural difficulties and teaches Buddhism and meditation at the centre.
